* 6+ years of IT experience IN the COBOL IMS Environment
* Well experienced in Mainframe application design, development, testing and implementation using COBOL, IMS, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL and testing IMS based applications
* Have good knowledge of COBOL and IMS.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical abilities.
* Professionally adaptable to get on board quickly with new technologies and new assignment.
* Experience in file protocols such as FTP, SFTP.
* Have worked on diverse domains such as State Applications, Supply Chain.
* Hands on experience on integrating Mainframe with EDI, Middle ware, Oracle system and Data warehouse
* Good Exposure in Leading the Team and experience in Client communications.
