Educational Assistant / Bus Monitor - White Hall, IL

*Illinois Valley is looking to hire an Educational Assistant / Bus Monitor for their White Hall Head Start School.
* *Responsibilities:* * Will provide assistance in the Head Start classroom to children ages 3-5 years old.
* Will monitor children when being transported on school bus.
* Must verify that the children are secured safely in their seats.
*Requirements:* * Early Childhood work experience preferred.
* Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
This is a full time position during the normal school year (August to May).
Would be eligible for unemployment during the two summer months off with no disruption in benefits.
*This position includes excellent benefits and generous vacation, personal and sick time accruals, as well as 11 holidays per year.
