I recently purchased a apt, and I have a fully-finished basement available for rent.
There is a 400-square-foot living room, a bedroom, private bathroom, and access to laundry.
Pictures do not show bedroom or bathroom.
I live alone and lead a very quiet lifestyle, so I'd be looking for the same out of a tenant.
I can accommodate short-term rental situations, too.
No smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets allowed.
