Job Description:
Sparc is looking to expand its team of BCBA/BCaBAs.
As a part of this team, you will provide behavioral services to adults in residential, community, and vocational settings.

Will accept student analysts for this position who have completed at least 1500 experience hours.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavior assessments using standardized assessment tools of your choice
Develop behavior intervention plans for the assigned caseload through collaboration with case managers
Train staff in implementing plans
Consistently and frequently analyze data on treatment goals
Collect treatment fidelity data
Conduct quarterly progress reports for committee review
Provide data as requested for monthly QA reports
Education/Experience Requirements:
BCBA/BCaBA or testing approval letter (Required)
Masters degree (preferred)
