Posting Identification Number DF33248 Job Description: The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Finance, Bureau of Fiscal Operations is seeking to hire an Office Assistant.
This position conducts a variety of clerical activities, enters various types of vouchers in the Department’s accounting system for the Vouchering and Expenditure Units, prints reports relating to Child Support Mercury, commercial refunds, interest and, prepares for submission to the Illinois Office of the Comptroller (IOC), and pulls reports from the Department’s accounting system.
The office assistant also scans and images documents and provides assistance with answering the mail phone line for the Bureau.
